Fieldings Catering truly outdid themselves for our event this past Saturday! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The waitstaff was polished and attentive, the chef delivered unforgettable flavors, and the supervisor Rahsaan kept everything flowing with ease. But the real standout? Rahsaan Edwards, the catering director fierce, focused, and absolutely phenomenal. His leadership set the tone for excellence, and it showed in every detail. The food was a hit, the vibe was elevated, and our guests are still raving. Fieldings, you made magic!

I used Fielding’s for an event catering and the overall experience was great! Rahsaan made the whole experience extremely smooth and his ability to quickly make updates to ensure that we get exactly what we wanted was greatly appreciated. Everyone at the event raved about the hours devours and I couldn’t recommend this catering service enough. Would definitely use again!!!

We hosted a Christmas open house and the experience with Fieldings Carering was superb. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to take much of the stress out of hosting over the holidays. Rashaan was a great support and the team showed up and really set the place up to look spectacular. We will be doing this again next for 2025!
